What qualifies for price matching?
We price match any item from a competitor as long as it’s the same part, brand, and model. The competitor must be an authorized retailer.
What does "in stock" mean?
“In stock” means that the item is available and will ship within 2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
What does "back order" mean?
“Back order” means that the item is currently unavailable but can still be ordered. Shipping for back-ordered items typically takes 4-6 weeks. We’ll keep you updated with shipping details once the item becomes available.
How do I submit a price match request?
Simply fill out the form on our Price Match Guarantee page with the details of the part, the competitor’s price, and a link to where you found it. We’ll review and get back to you promptly.
Are there any exceptions to price matching?
We do not match prices on clearance, liquidation, or auction items. Prices from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers are also excluded.
Can I combine a price match with other promotions?
Price matching cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
How long does it take to process my price match request?
Once we receive your request, we typically review it within 24 hours and will notify you as soon as possible.
