Order Processing & Shipping
At Ichiban Parts, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. However, if an item is on backorder, it may take 4-8 weeks to arrive at our warehouse before we can ship it to you.
Once shipped, orders typically take 1-3 business days to arrive at their destination.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer one standard shipping method for all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, package size, and weight.
Order Tracking
We provide order tracking via email once your order has been shipped. We maintain a more traditional approach, so you will receive tracking details directly in your inbox.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping details. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at sales@ichibanparts.com so we can attempt to correct it before the order is shipped.
If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Claims for lost or damaged items may require additional processing time and supporting documentation.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Clearance Items: Please note that clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

No International Shipping - Canada Only
We currently only ship within Canada. International orders are not available at this time.
